A hidden gem

Was surprised at how luxurious Dalma was, the photos don't do it justice. Was spacious too. Definitely a hidden gem.

This won't prevent me from coming back, but the weird sound the aircon kept making was a bit distracting.

Absolutely amazing. Exceeded expectations

We were blown away with the room and location. The The bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend to friends and family. The location was quiet and a 20 minute walk to the town centre. It was close to retardants and cates.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the shower and the small kitchenette. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The location was in the heart of Alfama. It was busy but great for people watching. The staff were very pleasant and eager to please our needs. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel. The Cafe restaurant on the first floor was extremely tasty and convenient.

Staff were wonderful and the suite was perfect. Beautiful views and very comfortable. We had a sick child with us and the staff were very understanding and helpful. We will definitely return.

The furniture- combination of new and vintage, space of the room, lighting and the amenities Complimentary wine and water Plus it’s well located to the most interesting part of Lisbon

The toilet is very small. They only had espresso machines and no tea and milk

I liked literally everything. From the location at the heart of Alfama to very helpful front desk manager to stylish design and decor to very well thought through practical amenities. And fantastic breakfast. We will never choose any other hotel in Lisbon from now on.

Dalma Suites

Particularly comfortable, wide bed. The room 4b was exceptionally quiet and air con was exxellent. Spacious room with good facilities. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Safe storage for luggage after vacating room. The location is brilliant with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes close by. Very convenient to visit the Castle.

The washing area is tinted glass and the wash basin area doesn't have any privacy. The shower cubicle is fine with an excellent shower but the toilet area is so small a larger oerson would struggle to get into the cubicle. No towel rails for bath towels. Could do with more hangers and space to hang clothes up. These were the only things we could find fault with.

Superb

Large room with big comfortable bed. Could definitely stay for days with small kitchen area.

A bit noisy. You can hear water use in pipes and our room had a mechanical noise about every 4 min. If a lite sleeper it may be a problem for you.

I am super happy with the accommodation in general and would definitely come back again. :)

The location is super central, close to nice restaurants and beautiful views. The room was beautifully and tastefully furnished and it had a luxurious feel to it. I felt quite at home there.

Sometimes the room had a weird smell in it. The neighbours in the other appartments could be a little noisy. The water bottle with filtered water hasn’t been filled up over the days of my stay. I would have liked that.

The room was very comfortable, with tasteful, fun decor, and the management was very pleasant.

The location was perfect, for good access to many of the famous sites of Lisbon, as well as great cafes and restaurants.

Firstly the staff at this hotel are very professional and friendly. Breakfast is a delicious buffet and there is an excellent menu for dinner. Or there are several places in the neighborhood to eat or have a drink. Although the front of the building gives the impression that it is a small hotel, the rooms are roomy, confortable and clean. The location is another plus.

Perfect in everyway!

The room was ready for us at 9am. It was beautiful! In walking distance of everything in the historic section and on the 28 trolly line. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly I felt like I was staying with family. If I were to come back to Lisbon I would stay there again. I reccommend it highly.

I loved it all!!
